40 minutes | One of the most challenging aspects of our practice is bringing mindfulness and intentionality into the moment-to-moment stresses of the day. We can use meditation time to train the subconscious mind to stay present, even in the face of challenging situations. This entry starts with a 16-minute talk followed by a 24-minute meditation.
