24 minutes | This meditation cultivates a sense of a core self, located deep within the body. Awareness of this core assists in a cultivating a deeper sense of who we are. We often identify with ego, that which tries to manipulate the outside world so that we will be okay. As we cultivate and learn to trust a sense of core, we find that our ego selves can begin to relax.
