Meditation: Inhabiting the Body

31 minutes | This meditation invites a cultivation of embodiment, of learning to be at home in the body. As we become more embodied, a number of beneficial qualities develop: we find ourselves more grounded and less reactive; we find ourselves more able to identify and stay with our emotions; we cultivate a deeper sense of open-heartedness and intuitive guidance. Based on a meditation by Judith Blackstone in her audio book, "The Realization Process".
