34 minutes | This talk addresses how we might work with the anger that arises as we encounter injustice in the world. As we become more mindful of our anger and of the nature of this human existence, we begin to find ways to move toward harnessing that anger in service of healing and justice. This talk references a meditation on being with discomfort. You may find several Inviting Discomfort to Tea meditation options in the Meditation section of this website. This talk also references the work of Daryl Davis. You may find TED talks by Mr. Davis here and here, and an NPR interview of him here. Photo by Tony Wiek on Unsplash
