61 minutes | The Buddha sees our suffering as an outcome of clinging to a sense of self. As we inquire into who we are at the most fundamental level, we explore the automatic assumptions about who we take ourselves to be. We can be informed by what is impermanent in our sense of identity, i.e. fabricated, and what is unchanging, i.e. unfabricated. As we learn to shift a sense of identity, we find greater freedom.
